Vitiligo: A Skin Pigment Disorder

Up to two percent of the world population has vitiligo, a condition where skin pigment is lost leaving milky white patches.

Recouleur® vitamins are specially formulated to include Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C. Clinical research shows that most people with vitiligo have abnormally low levels of these vitamins. Recouleur® combines these plus other key minerals into one tablet. It takes the guess work out of dosing. Altogether these strategic nutrients are necessary for pigment production. Working from the inside out, Recouleur® supports the body by filling in deficiencies and may promote repigmentation.

After age 30, people lose approximately 20% of their melanocytes (pigment producing cells) leading to gray hair. Melanocytes are cells in our hair follicles that produce melanin which pigments hair and skin. White patches of hair and skin are usually caused by the weakening of or malfunctioning of melanin production. As a result, new melanin must be made.

The vitamins in Recouleur® have been attributed to forming new melanin.* Recouleur® provides the supplements that may be missing in people with depigmented skin or gray hair.* Read about the vitiligo scientific studies for these beautifying vitamins.
